Our Communal Areas

The Sitting Room

Our sitting room provide a light, spacious and comfortable space for relaxing, chatting and getting cosy in front of the log burner. With plenty of seating for everyone, you can enjoy a good book or maybe a glass of something chilled whilst relaxing after a day exploring the local area.

There are large SMART TVs in the sitting area of the kitchen and in the Living Room.

The Kitchen

Our kitchen is very well equipped for entertaining, cooking and eating.  There are three high-end NEFF ovens, one of which also has a microwave setting.  There is also an induction hob.  Additionally, there are two large fridge/freezers.  There is a large drinks chiller for bottles and cans, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, cafetiere and filter coffee machine,  a plate warmer, dishwasher, washing machine and drying facilities. In addition, there are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and cookware, cutlery, crockery,  mugs, cups, glasses and plasticware for children and use on the patio.

There are two dining tables.  The large round table seats 12/13 with comfort.  There is a second table that seats 6 guests.

We provide kitchen essentials to cover anything you may have forgotten, but no cooking ingredients or everyday supplies other than salt and pepper.

The Library

Our Library is a lovely space if you want some me-time with a good book or perhaps to write a postcard home if you are feeling 'old school'. You can check out our selection of reading material which includes the history of Eddlethorpe Grange Farm and guides to the local area.
